Know-it-all vs. Learn-it-all

According to psychologist Carol Dweck, a “know-it-all” requires no patience and is stuck in a “you vs. you” fixed mindset. In contrast, a “learn-it-all” approach demands ongoing curiosity and patience and embraces a “you for you” growth mindset.
