Every athlete has the same goal:
to become more Human.

“More human” is not as easy as it sounds. Given the limitations of biological and behavioral evolution, our bodies are designed to achieve and maintain survival status with as little energy (and effort) as possible. This is known as the principle of least effort, which is counterproductive to becoming the athlete you want to be.

Human (nature)→ to become (Nurture) → more human

“More human” requires effort… until you get it right.
And then more effort… until you can’t get it wrong.

The book is divided into 30 days of reading, with an average of 14 minutes (1% of your day),
with the real chance to become 1% better per day, for 30 days and beyond.

While the website provides a brief “what” is in the book per day, the book will provide the “why” and “how” in the greatest of detail as the book becomes a valued resource.

I am 100% confident this “work and effort” will absolutely change your entire athletic self.
