Evolution (future you) is continuous, never etched in stone.
Your body has two options… (according to the dictionary).
Homeostasis: The stable condition of an organism’s internal physical and chemical environments, reflecting its capacity to self-regulate, maintain balance, stability, and conserve energy. To remain the same… to survive.
Life (As in the Meaning of Life!): Involves utilizing energy, engaging in functional activity, responding to stimuli, and adapting to continual change, with the capacity for growth and evolution. To become more human… TO DOMINATE.
This two-sided coin involves following a functional blueprint as you pursue your untold story to dominate the meaning of your life…

The 10,000-Hour rule has always been a MYTH!
While some have exaggerated and oversimplified the findings of the 1973 study, others have popularized bumper-sticker slogans such as the "10,000-Hour Rule." This rule suggests: "Mastery comes after someone practices one skill for 10,000 hours." The meta-review titled “The Relationship Between Deliberate Practice and Performance in Sports” by Brooke Macnamara, David Moreau, and David Hambrick clarifies the actual impact of practice. Data from 88 scientific articles involving more than 11,000 participants indicate that the total amount of deliberate practice influences individual performance. Surprisingly, their review found that only about 20% of athletic ability is attributable to accumulated deliberate practice.
