As the author… Day 10 is my favorite day.
As you have made your way through the first third of the book, I hope you have had sufficient contact with your soul to answer a few questions.
Are you aware of your feelings and the memories they evoke?
Can you regulate your emotions when you feel overwhelmed?
Can you rise when you feel underwhelmed or depressed?
Do you recognize when positive or negative behaviors affect athletic outcomes?
Can you recognize when to stay the course or when it's time for a change? (And then, be able to make that change?)
How do you celebrate success?
How do you handle losing?
Do you listen to your body?
Do you understand what your body is trying to accomplish? (Without mental or emotional doubt?)
And now, the most challenging question of all…
Is Your Soul Healthy?
